Fit Force AM meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30AM to 6:30AM.  Meeting locations vary day to day.

Fit Force PM meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00PM to 7:00 PM at Murchison Middle School Field just off of Northwest Hills and Hart Lane.
